Woof (the "Service") is a free to use mobile app created by Chris Houston.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data if anyone decided to use my Service.

You may request to delete your Woof profile and the data along with it by sending an email to woof.app.contact@gmail.com. Once your request has been submitted, it may take some time for the process to be completed.
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, I may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data").
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

By creating an account on Woof and using the service, you agree that you are above the age of 13.
We do not own any data, information or material ("Content") that you submit in the Woof in the course of using the Service. You shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership or right to use of all submitted Content. We may monitor and review Content in the Mobile Application submitted or created using our Services by you. Unless specifically permitted by you, your use of the Woof does not grant us the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the Content created by you or stored in your user account for commercial, marketing or any similar purpose. But you grant us permission to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, display and perform the Content of your user account solely as required for the purpose of providing the Services to you. Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, we have the right, though not the obligation, to, in our own sole discretion, refuse or remove any Content that, in our reasonable opinion, violates any of our policies or is in any way harmful or objectionable. Any content that is in violation will be removed by our team.
I may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analytics the use of our service and to serve advertisements.
Firebase is an analytics serivced provided by Google Inc. Google AdMob is an advertising service provided by Google Inc. You may opt-out of certain features through your mobile device settings, such as your device advertising settings or by following the instructions provided by Google in their Privacy Policy. You may also find more information regarding what type of information Google collects.
During use of the Mobile Application, you may enter into correspondence with or participate in promotions of advertisers or sponsors showing their goods or services through the Mobile Application. Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such activity, is solely between you and the applicable third-party. We shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase or promotion between you and any such third-party.
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
